Delaware officials unveiled an energy conservation program wherein they will hand out 2 free energy saving lightbulbs to residents.
Compact Fluorescent bulbs produce less heat and use 66 percent less energy than standard incandescent bulbs. A fluorescent bulb uses 13 watts of electricity to produce light equal to the output of a regular 60-watt bulb.
