Ann Arbor University’s Answer To Harmful Gas Emissions

by Noel on June 20th, 2007

How do you help save the environment? If you purchase a hybrid vehicle, it might be too expensive at the moment. But you see, there is an answer to helping save the environment while still enjoying the luxury of having a vehicle.

The Ann Arbor University is using buses and other vehicles. But unlike most vehicles, the university puts in B20 as fuel. B20 is composed of 20% biodiesel and 80% regular diesel. This kind of fuel does not harm the environment by letting the vehicle spurt out tons of toxic emissions. B20 is very earth-friendly so much so that the emissions are quite less compared to the usual.

Did I also mention that B20 is organic? Yes, there is no need for people to rely on those really expensive fuel products. B20 would surely do the trick.

The Ann Arbor University has been using such a trick for almost 7 years now.
