Can Colorado Make Into Reality Their New Energy Plan?

Lawmakers from the state of Colorado seem to be high up in the clouds with their new energy plan. However, critics in the industry do seem to be skeptical and are now saying that such a plan is quite ambitious.
According to these lawmakers, the plan is actually to provide funding for the development of renewable energy. Such a plan would be done through the Clean Energy Development Authority.
Lawrence Murphy is the manager of National Renewable Energy Laboratory’s enterprise development programs department and he does assure, “We’d love to see this become the Silicon Valley of renewable energy.” He also did further express that there are already quite a couple of other states in the country who have similar projects so if Colorado would like to become one of the giants, the lawmakers would have to move double time or else they could be left behind.
As part of the plan, the CEDA would be allowed to actually issue out bonds for people and organizations who would be working out and looking deeper into renewable energy sources.
