Hail Nokia!
The Green Electronics Guide has already been released and thanks to Greenpeace ordinary consumers know what goes behind the creation of the various consumer electronics products we have around. Topping the list is Nokia for it has been able to make a move towards taking care of those toxic ingredients in the things it sells. Good going, Nokia!
What is the Green Electronics Guide? Well, this one can be considered to be a form of article or publication and it ranks companies creating various types of technology. The ranking is based on what they do for (or against) the environment.
However, do you know which company ranked the lowest? Let’s take the deal from Iza Kruszewska, a member of Greenpeace International. She says: “Apple is awarded the last position because the company has made absolutely no improvements to its policies or practices since the ranking was released three months ago, although most ofi ts competitors have improved environmental policies.”
