Let’s Drink To This: New Year, New Habits For Bars and Restos

I have recently found out that come the New Year, all bars and restaurants (as well as any other place where they serve alcohol) would have to have a new habit: recycling. They would have to recycle stuff like containers, glass, and plastic among man others as part of their store’s operations and this is a new law. However, some of the owners are now claiming that if they would be recycling, the costs of their business could certainly shoot up.
To be able to follow this law, all businesses would now have to just instead of toss all bottles in the dumpster, they would now have to find that organization or group who would take care of recycling the recyclables.
Now if they choose not to follow this new law, I guess they would have to pay gravely for it. Well, not exactly life and death but they could be fined. So that means more expenses on their part which is something a business would not like at all.
