Plugging It In
Would you want to have a hybrid? Well, I would. Especially if that hybrid is very much like Tony Markel’s. See, this hybrid that Markel drives is a hybrid and gets its power by being plugged in an ordinary electric socket at home. However, it can run 50 miles after each charge. If you would like to use fuel, then a gallon would allow the vehicle to run a hundred miles. Now if you wanted to be more friendly to the environment, you could choose to use the power that the vehicle’s solar panel on the roof converts. Nice vehicle, right?
Markel’s hybrid is a 2006 Toyota Prius and he has just been tinkering with it to make it what it is right now. He put in a new battery which is six times even more powerful than what Toyota has given the original vehicle. Now I sure would like one of those.
