Solar Car Club’s Solar Car
A full sized unit is the new project that the Solar Car Club is having. And yes, they are of course making this full sized car to be using the sun’s power to roll. The club is planning to create a vehicle that could only allow one person inside (and that would be the driver, of course). The vehicle is designed to be made using lightweight material and titanium for its frame. On top of the vehicle, you would find a solar panel which would be responsible for absorbing the heat of the sun. It would then convert that heat into energy and then the energy would be stored in the vehicle’s batteries.
In its site, the Solar Car Club says that it “helps advance global prosperity by promoting the engineering process of creating, developing, integrating, sharing and applying knowledge about electrical and information technologies and sciences for the benefit of humanity and the profession”.
