Solar Powered Holiday Lights

I was wondering when I’d start seeing some of these popping up. Christmas and holiday lights that feature not just LED bulbs, but solar power supply as well! Sweet!

I came upon these via yesterday’s Daily Tip at Ideal Bite. They pointed out a company in the US called Mr Light who sells an assortment of LED and electroluminescent lighting products, many of which are solar powered.

Of course, being me, I fell in love with the Solar Power Lighted Peace Wreath pictured here right off the bat. Mr Light also offers regular lighted wreathes, 104 and 208 count light strings, lighted garlands and more. All powered by sunny goodness.

Unfortunately, the light strings appear to only be available in single colours, no multi-coloured strings and the prices for all of them are a little up there. The Solar Power Lighted Peace Wreath that I want is going for $89 USD. It’s defintely nice to see these offered though.
