Time To Use Wind Power

by Noel on November 28th, 2006

In the Canadian province of Ontario, two giants are going to start processing and using the power of the wind so as to generate energy, power and electricity.

Which two giants are these? One would be Bullfrog Power while the other one would be Sky Generation. Bullfrog Power is known to be a green facility retailer while Sky Generation is a wind farm that can be found somewhere on the Bruce Peninsula.

Bullfrog would be commissing two Vesta V82 1.65 megawatt wind turbines. These would be used at the Sky Generation wind farm. These two new turbines has been estimated to actually produce an average of nine million kilowatt hours of electricity per year.

Glen Estill is the CEO of Sky Generation and he is also the current wind power pioneer at the mentioned wind farm and he does say, “By exercising their choice for green electricity for their homes, businesses and events, Bullfrog Power customers have directly enabled the development of these new wind turbines.” He also does further add, “We are thrilled to see new renewable power coming online in Ontario as a result of Bullfrog Power customer demand.”
